Board meetings:

Board meetings will be held every 3rd Monday from 6-8pm at the clubhouse. Community members are welcome to join to ask questions, give any ideas, or concerns. Please send us a message under the "contact us" tab with anything that needs discussed prior to the meeting time. You can also email these topics to be discussed directly.

Landscaping:

- Grass will be cut Wednesdays: weather permitting

Pool is OPEN for the season!

No lifeguard on duty: swim at your own risk
NO diving: pool is shallow
Pool hours dawn to dusk
No glass of any type permitted in or around the pool
Children under 15 years old need accompanied by a resident at least 18 years of age.
Max two guest per household
Please close the umbrellas after use

We are currently getting quotes from companies for a keyless locking system. Stay tuned for more details.
